Our Welcome & Onboarding Training is held once a month and is designed to introduce new volunteers to Heartfelt and the work we do. This session provides an overview of our mission, programs, and the communities we serve, while also walking volunteers through expectations, policies, and next steps for getting involved.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with staff and fellow volunteers, and gain the tools and information they need to feel confident and supported as they begin their volunteer journey with Heartfelt.
